PAYMENT METHODS

- You may pay by credit card or debit card securely through PayPal, even if you do not have a Paypal account

- Personal cheque or Postal Order

- BACs (Bank Automated Clearing Service) electronic payment using your name as the reference

Please Note: To purchase from us via your mobile phone, please download the secure Paypal App for smart phones.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque/Postal order, please email sales@theblackandwhitefan.com

The transcation name will appear on your bank statement as D Cassius

We do not take payments by phone.

DELIVERY OF GOODS WITHIN THE UK

All UK retail orders will be charged standard tracked  1st Class Royal Mail postage at £2.99

We offer free delivery on UK orders that are above £15

We aim to dispatch by the next working day, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the next business working day.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email when we have dispatched your order. Track your parcel here

EXPRESS/ SPECIAL DELIVERY

Special delivery service is a Royal mail guaranteed service for next working day delivery by 1pm-

Charged at £7.80 orders must be received by 2pm to guarantee next working day delivery.

 

POSTAGE OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Retail orders requiring delivery outside of the UK-

Standard Airmail & international surface mail - £8.50

Please allow 6-10 working days for your order to arrive with you

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days, please note that we reserve the full statutory 30 day processing period. You may return an item within 10 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice for a refund.

Ticket Purchases

If you have purchased event tickets from our ticket shop, your E-mailed confirmation will be your E-Ticket, you will need print and bring this with you to the venue.

If you require your tickets to be posted to your home address, please specify this in the 'Order and delivery comments' section before you checkout.

If you have any further queries regarding the event,  please see the contact details for the promoters and event organisers. which will be listed in the ticket shop together with the event description and venue details.  Our office can only assist with purchase transactions for tickets and products.

Unauthorized duplication will result in cancellation without refund.

If for any reason the event is cancelled, you will be refunded the ticket/s price in full within 30 days.

Webshop purchases (Not Tickets)

We offer a No quibble exchange or repair on faulty items (excluding, earrings, towels & event tickets) returned within 1 month from purchase; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us first by phone or email before you return goods in the post.

We will not accept liability for items lost or damaged whilst in return transit.

* Your right to cancel your order

If you do  wish  to cancel or amend your order, please email sales@theblackandwhitefan.com and type "Cancel order or Amend order followed by your order number' in the subject line. You will be contacted within 2 hours by phone if you have provided a contact number, to confirm your cancellation. 

We can cancel or amend the order, as long as it has not been dispatched.
